The Hotlink RED App and the new all-in-one MyMaxis
App empower our customers to interact with us easily by
accessing our services through their devices, while giving
them full control over their accounts. More and more of our
customers are now using our apps as their preferred choice
of engagement. These apps also help us to keep a personal
connection with our customers through rewards that follow
them wherever they go and allow them access to more unique
experiences.
Our obsession with delivering the best and worry-free
experiences to our customers has certainly paid off. Our
customer complaints reduced by 17% over the last year and
50% in the last two years, making our customer complaint
levels the lowest in a decade.
