We refer to the announcement by Maxis Berhad (“Maxis” or the “Company”) on 4 December 2017 in respect of its grant of 7,151,400 ordinary shares in the Company to its eligible employees pursuant to its Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").

Further to the said announcement, Maxis wishes to announce that it has received notifications pursuant to Chapter 14 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad from its principals officers listed in Table 1 of the attachment of certain exempted dealings in Maxis shares arising from the vesting of Maxis shares in them pursuant to the said grant.

Details relating to the vesting of such shares are set out in Table 1.
