We wish to announce that the Maxis Berhad Integrated Annual Report 2019 and Corporate Governance Report 2019 are now available on the Bursa Malaysia’s website and Maxis Berhad’s website (https://maxis.listedcompany.com/ar2019.html).

At the time of production and printing of the Maxis Berhad Integrated Annual Report 2019, COVID 19 was unfolding. The impact of COVID 19 is being assessed and disclosure, if there is any material information, would be made when Maxis Berhad announces our First Quarter for 2020 (as at 31 March) results around 24 April 2020 or earlier for any immediate material information.

Following the Malaysian Government’s announcement of the Movement Control Order (MCO) effective 18 March 2020 to 14 April 2020, we are monitoring the situation closely to determine the appropriate time to schedule our Eleventh Annual General Meeting (AGM). That will be announced together with the detailed resolutions within the notice period for the convening of the AGM.

We would encourage shareholders to refer to the digital version of the Maxis Berhad Integrated Annual Report 2019. Any requests for a printed copy of the Maxis Berhad Integrated Annual Report 2019 will be subject to the MCO restrictions at the relevant point in time.
