As announced on 18 February 2019, the members of the Audit Committee (now known as Audit and Risk Committee) with effect from 1 May 2019 are as follows:-
(i)   Tan Sri Mokhzani bin Mahathir (Chairman)
(ii)  Raja Tan Sri Dato' Seri Arshad Bin Raja Tun Uda (Member)
(iii) Dato' Hamidah Naziadin (Member)
(iv)  Robert Alan Nason (Member), and
(v)   Mohammed Abdullah K. Alharbi (Member).
