Allotment and issuance of new shares of Maxis Berhad ("Maxis" or "Company") on 30 April 2018, pursuant to the vesting of shares granted to eligible employees under the Maxis LTIP. Please refer to the Company's announcement dated 31 July 2015 for further details on the Maxis LTIP. The issue price of RM6.53 per share represents the volume weighted average market price when the Maxis LTIP was granted. The latest issued ordinary shares of the Company stands at 7,816,608,000 units which is equivalent to MYR2,509,878,655 issued share capital pursuant to Section 74 of the Companies Act, 2016 ("the Act") which includes the credit balance of the share premium as at 31 January 2017, the date which the Act came into operation. |
