Maxis wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek approval from its shareholders for the Proposed Mandate which will be tabled for approval at the forthcoming general meeting of the Company to be convened on a date to be announced later. A circular to shareholders detailing the relevant information pertaining to the Proposed Mandate will be issued to shareholders of Maxis in due course. This announcement is dated 1 March 2018. |
