Maxis wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Alterations to the Constitution of the Company ("Proposal") at the forthcoming Ninth Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened on a date to be announced later.

A Circular to Shareholders containing details of the Proposal will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
