Pursuant to Paragraph 14.09(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the Company wishes to announce the dealings in the securities of the Company by a Principal Officer outside a closed period is as set out below:

(ii) Description: Ordinary Shares 
(iii) Date of dealing occurred: 27 October 2017
(iv) Consideration/ Price per share (RM): 5.867 per share
(v) Number of Shares: 605,813*
(vi) % of issued share capital: 0.008

* These shares are currently held by CIMB Commerce Trustee Berhad or its nominee pursuant to the terms and conditions of the incentive arrangement which forms part of the employment contract which Morten Lundal has entered into with the Company, where the cash incentives payable to him were used to acquire shares from the open market. Subject to fulfillment of vesting conditions and the terms of incentive arrangement, these shares will vest on Morten Lundal on a deferred basis. In addition to Morten Lundal's interest in these shares, he is also deemed interested in an additional 1,594,178 shares in the Company which are also currently held by CIMB Commerce Trustee Berhad and were acquired earlier pursuant to the incentive arrangement, as well as, such additional number of shares in the Company which shall only be determinable in the future, to be acquired using future cash incentives payable to him, pursuant to the terms and conditions of such incentive arrangement.
