Maxis Berhad (Maxis) refers to Maxis’ announcement dated 28 June 2017 in relation to the termination of the Network Sharing and Alliance Agreement (NSA) that will take place progressively in stages over a period of 18 months with completion on 27 December 2018.

Further to Bursa Securities’ request, Maxis wishes to state that the NSA’s contribution to Maxis’ audited revenue for 2015 and 2016 were below 3% for both years.
