He received his B.S. degree in Computer Science from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM), one of the leading university in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Naser is an executive in the field of strategy with 18 years of progressive experience in the telecom industry. Throughout his career in STC, the largest telecom company in the Middle East, Naser has shown consistent success in maximizing corporate performance, driving growth, and enhancing value especially in international markets where STC is a significant player. Naser joined STC in the year 2000 in the technology field and is now General Manager of Investment Performance and Operations. In this capacity, he is overseeing the complex strategic choices and business plans of 12 subsidiaries of STC, both domestic and international entities. Moreover, he is responsible for the delivery of STCs Investments LRP operational and financial performance forecasts. Prior to this role, Naser was Director of Strategic Planning Review of Local and International Investments where he was required to analyze and overcome complex business challenges and make high-stakes decisions within fast-paced environments. Previously, Naser was Director of International Operation Performance where he was required to advise board members on key business initiatives and important changes.
