| This announcement is based on the information in the Notice of Change in the Interests of Substantial Shareholder (Form 29B) dated 26 December 2013 with respect to the abovementioned change and received by the Company on 4 February 2014. PIF has a deemed interest in MCB by virtue of its 70% direct equity interest in Saudi Telecom Company ("STC") which in turn holds 100% equity interest in STC Asia Telecom Holding Ltd ("STCAT"). STCAT in turn holds 100% equity interest in STC Malaysia Holding Ltd ("STCM"), which in turn holds a 25% equity interest in Binariang GSM Sdn Bhd ("BGSM") . BGSM holds 100% equity interest interest in MCB . Please refer to the announcements on the abovementioned change made on 31 July and 1 August 2012 for STC, STCAT and STCM |
