Pursuant to Paragraph 14.09(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the Company wishes to announce the dealings in the securities of the Company by a Principal Officer outside a closed period is as set out below:- (i) Name of Principal Officer: Morten Lundal(ii) Description: Ordinary Shares of RM0.10 each(iii) Date dealing occurred: 5 March 2014 (1)(iv) Consideration/ Price per share (RM): 6.96 per share(v) Number of Shares: 687,175(vi) % of issued share capital: 0.009 (1) These shares were acquired by and are currently registered in the name of CIMB Commerce Trustee Berhad or its nominee pursuant to the terms and conditions of the share-based incentive arrangement which Morten Lundal has entered into with the Company and subject thereto, will vest in him on the expiry of his employment contract with the Company
(2) In addition to Morten Lundal's interest in the Company’s shares as disclosed above, he is also deemed interested over such additional number of shares in the Company which shall only be determinable in the future, in accordance with the terms and conditions under the share-based incentive arrangement entered into with the Company. This announcement is based on the information in the Notification of Dealings in the securities of the Company dated 7 March 2014 and received by the Company on 7 March 2014.
