Mr Robert William Boyle who is due to retire by rotation at the Seventh Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 20 April 2016 ("AGM")  has expressed his intention not to seek re-election at the AGM, and as such will relinquish his position at the conclusion of the AGM.

Consequent to the retirement, Mr Robert William Boyle shall cease to be a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
