Mr. Mohammed Abdullah K. Alharbi holds a MS Certificate in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri, US. He also holds a BS in Systems Engineering -  Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. Mr. Alharbi has attended multiple executive and professional courses at leading business schools of the world including Harvard, Euromoney, Columbia Business School, INSEAD Wharton and Kellogg School of Management.

Mr. Mohammed Abdullah K. Alharbi is the General Manager of  Mergers & Acquisitions  of Saudi Telecom Company (STC). He has represented STC as a board member on the boards of PT Axis, Indonesia, Public Telecommunications Company Ltd (BRAVO), Saudi Arabia and Aircel Limited, India. Currently, he is representing STC as a board member in Cell C and 3C Telecommunications, South Africa.

He has lead major acquisitions for STC which include acquisition of 25% shares in Binariang GSM Sdn Bhd, Malaysia, acquisition of 35% stake in OTL, winning of Kuwait and Bahrain mobile licenses, divestment in PT Axis, Indonesia and various other acquisitions.

He joined STC in September 2003 and has lead and strengthened the directorates of business development and international M&A.

Prior to STC, he served Al Salam Aircraft Company and Advance Electronics Company Saudi Arabia.
