| Working experience and occupation | Ms. Dorman has over 25 years of executive experience in Europe and Asia with leading organisations such as McKinsey, Morgan Stanley, Orange, Maxis, Acibadem Healthcare Group and MV Holding with extensive exposure across the full business lifecycle including start-ups, growth, spin-offs, joint ventures, acquisitions, integrations and initial public offerings (IPOs).
