Acceptance Of 2x10MHz 2100MHz Spectrum

Maxis wishes to announce that the Company's relevant wholly owned subsidiary licensed under the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 has on 3 October 2025 accepted the offer from the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission ("MCMC") for a spectrum assignment of 2x10MHz of 2100MHz for an upfront payment of RM100 million and cumulative annual payments of RM300 million for the entire assignment period.
