Maxis wishes to announce the following changes with effect from 1 July 2024. Government and Regulatory Affairs Committee (GRAC) Dato’ Hamidah binti Naziadin has been appointed a Chairman in place of Tan Sri Mokhzani bin Mahathir. The composition of the GRAC after the change is as follows:- 1. Dato’ Hamidah binti Naziadin (Chairman, Independent Non-Executive Director) 2. Uthaya Kumar a/l K Vivekananda (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director) 3. Lim Ghee Keong (Member, Non-Executive Director) Share Issuance Committee (SIC) Dato’ Hamidah binti Naziadin has been appointed a Chairman in place of Tan Sri Mokhzani bin Mahathir. The composition of the SIC after the change is as follows:- 1. Dato’ Hamidah binti Naziadin (Chairman, Independent Non-Executive Director) 2. Lim Ghee Keong (Member, Non-Executive Director) 3.
