The Board of Directors of Maxis wishes to announce that Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Maxis, had on 1 December 2023, entered into a conditional share subscription agreement with Digital Nasional Berhad and Minister of Finance, Incorporated to subscribe for an equity stake in DNB ("Proposed Investment").
