Notice Of Additional Assessment Raised On Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd ("MBSB"), A Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Maxis Berhad ("MAXIS" Or "The Company") By The Director General Of Inland Revenue ("DGIR")

We refer to the issuance of notice of additional assessment with penalty for the year of assessment 2020 totaling RM104 million ("2022 Notice") and our announcement dated 28 February 2022.

On 21 September 2023, the High Court granted leave to MBSB to commence judicial review in respect of the 2022 Notice and granted a stay of all further proceedings including the enforcement of the 2022 Notice until the full and final determination of the judicial review.
