(Reference is made to Maxis’ announcements dated 27 March 2023, 28 March 2023, 7 April 2023, 18 April 2023 and 18 May 2023 in relation to the LTIP (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all defined, capitalised terms and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Announcements.)
On behalf of Maxis, CIMB wishes to announce that the effective date for the implementation of the LTIP is 3 July 2023 (“Effective Date”), which is the date of full compliance of the LTIP in accordance with Paragraph 6.43 of the Listing Requirements.
With the determination of the Effective Date, the implementation of the LTIP is now completed.
