Maxis Berhad had on 6 Sept 22 received a notification pursuant to Para 14.09(a) of the MMLR of Bursa Securities from GO of the occurrence of his dealing in the shares of the Company outside closed period

These Maxis shares were acquired and are currently held by CIMB Commerce Trustee Berhad (CIMB) or its nominee pursuant to the terms and conditions of a share-based incentive arrangement arising under the employment agreement entered by GO with Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd ("Agreement"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Pursuant to the aforesaid arrangement, a cash incentive was used to acquire shares of Maxis from the open market and such shares are currently held by CIMB or its nominee. These Maxis shares shall, subject to the satisfaction of the vesting conditions and the terms and conditions of the Agreement, vest in GO on 30 June 25. The vesting conditions comprise, amongst others, the performance targets for the financial years 22, 23 and 24, as stipulated by Maxis RC.
