Maxis Berhad ("Maxis" or the "Company")

(I) Proposed renewal of existing shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature; and

(II) Proposed new shareholders' mandate for additional recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature

(Collectively referred to as the "Proposed Mandate")

 

Maxis wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek approval from its shareholders for the Proposed Mandate which will be tabled for approval at the forthcoming general meeting of the Company to be convened on a date to be announced later. A circular to shareholders detailing the relevant information pertaining to the Proposed Mandate will be issued to shareholders of Maxis in due course.
