Mobile Sdn. Bhd. and Maxis Mobile Services Sdn. Bhd. to purchase their respective businesses and undertakings including relevant assets and liabilities, as disclosed in Note 38 to the
financial statements.

Maxis Mobile (L) Ltd is a company registered under the Labuan Companies Act, 1990, with shares issued in USD.
As at the reporting date, the total non-controlling interest is RM30,501,000 (2014: RM22,362,000) in respect of Advanced Wireless Technologies
Sdn. Bhd. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, which is not material to the Group.
